Our customer Mr. Bernd-Uwe Koschnicke from 38530 Didderse wrote us the following email and is also available for questions if needed.

Hello Mr. Radler,

we have now been on the road with TenderConnect the entire season and have come to appreciate it very much.

attached a few pictures of our yacht (Hanse 325) with TenderConnect. We are very happy with the system, as it offers us great advantages in many situations compared to the previous dinghy transport or storage.

The assembly has worked well. I have mounted the system slightly offset, so that the swim ladder can be used well even with the stern-fixed dinghy (as you can see in the photos).

Straight maneuvering in narrow pit lanes, as is common in the Baltic Sea, and when mooring and unmooring, TenderConnect offers many advantages. In the past we used to pull our dinghy behind or and moored securely, which is time-consuming and often leaves unsightly scratches.sst.

The dinghy is also optimal in the harbor  attached, with open valve there is no water in the boat and when we come back on board after a week or two we are immediately ready to go out again. Only with aft strong wind at the mooring we have noticed that the dinghy is sometimes tilted forward by the wind - here we recommend to install some kind of locking device or e.g. a Ball-Fender dabetween at clamp, which keeps the dinghy at a distance.

When sailing, the dinghy sits securely and firmly on the stern and does not interfere even in strong winds.

Also for shore excursions or in case of emergency, the dinghy is now always quickly ready for use. However, we have noticed that for our 25 kg dinghy motor the S-version is too small and will therefore switch to the M version at a special price next season., accept. As you have assured us, we do not have to drill any new holes for this, but can use the holes of the S variant, which is very convenient for us.

We are happy to show the system to interested parties in the Marina Heiligenhafen by prior arrangement.

All in all, we are very satisfied with TenderConnect and can recommend it to morerecommend

Vmany greetings,

Your Bernd-Uwe Koschnicke

We publish here an absolutely authentic testimonial from our valued customer Mr. Thomas Schwabe. This downloadable PDF shows TenderConnect in use with a positive tail. In addition, he has written us the following as an email:

If you also have a positive stern or motor yacht, we will also be happy to help you in more detail.

Hello Mrs. Seitz,

I am only now getting around to replying to your mail.

In general, I agree that you use the pdf on your website or otherwise. Since we do not move for principle reasons in the so-called "social" media we can not join the "liken".

...

That is actually my conclusion. As part of the revision, you could remove the conclusion from the pdf, reword it if necessary, and place it elsewhere as an independent statement.

That in advance:

The main advantage over other systems - davits included - is the stable attachment during crossings. Of the 1,600sm during the summer months, we have literally done about 1,000sm of crossings in the Mediterranean with TenderConnect®. With the positive stern, the firm pressure against the ship's side is a stabilizing factor.

Other tail shapes:

During the application on the "ita", I learned humility once again. The variety of constructive solutions stands in the way of a general statement that "TenderConnect® fits". The prediction of the shipyard workers alone that "putting the screws there will never work" and the actual, albeit difficult, result that "it does work" is worth a lecture.

A real advantage is achieved when TenderConnect® can be installed so far to the side that access remains possible when docked at the stern. The chance of this is always greater than with davits. The icing on the cake is when there is still room for the AB.

Therefore, your approach is correct to evaluate the experience and to provide concrete info for as many models as possible, from the best place to drill through the rear wall to the test goes with AB + if necessary with which.

Kind regards

Thomas Schwabe

Mr. Peter Steidl from Nuremberg sent us these nice lines:

... meanwhile we have Tender Connect three months in use and have sailed 2x from Mallorca to Ibiza and back among other things at 1.5m wave.

In my opinion, the system is currently the most unproblematic solution for yachts that do not have a dinghy garage to solve the annoying transport problem. Among other things, it was important to us that the system can be operated by one person, including mounting and dismounting the outboard motor (3.5 hp).

We have really tried out many variants and believe that we have now found the best solution for us with this system.

Best regards from Nuremberg

Peter Steidl
