Your statutory right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, without giving any reason. It is sufficient if you send your declaration within the deadline. You can find the complete cancellation policy in our legal notices.

During these first fourteen days, you may unpack and inspect the merchandise just as you would in a retail store. We may charge you for any loss in value resulting from use beyond this—for TenderConnect, this primarily applies to mounting parts that have already been drilled.

Following your cancellation, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days at the latest. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment. You bear the direct costs of the return.

Additionally: 30-day return policy

Beyond the law, we voluntarily grant you a right of return until 30. Day upon receipt. The following applies to this extension: The goods must unused, unmounted and resalable be, ideally in the original packaging. You also bear the return shipping costs here. Your statutory rights from the first fourteen days remain unaffected.

If something is broken

If the goods show a defect, the statutory warranty of two years from receipt applies. In this case we will cover the return shipping costs. Please write briefly what is wrong, preferably with a photo — in most cases, the issue is resolved without a return.

Regardless of that, we offer a warranty on TenderConnect 5-year warranty.

Here is how to proceed

  1. Write to rueckgabe@tenderconnect.eu with your order number.
  2. You will receive a confirmation with the return address.
  3. Pack the goods securely for transport, preferably in the original box.
  4. Send the package back insured and keep the proof of posting.
