They have bought TenderConnect for dinghy transportation from us in recent years.
Satisfied customers are the highest goal for us and that is why we remind you that you have 5 years warranty on TenderConnect.
Occasionally in the past, the transducer stubs on the dinghy were damaged. As a result, we have replaced this part with an improved and more stable stainless steel casting. It is the same high quality stainless steel grade 1.4584, EN 10283 as used on the transducer of the yacht itself.
The holes are the same as on the previous transducer, so the parts can be easily replaced.
To ensure your satisfaction and long term use of TenderConnect, we will replace the previous transducers with the new stainless steel version at the following conditions:
- If you already have a defective part, you will receive a set of new transducers for the price of 10,- nominal charge for shipping.
- If you want to buy the new transducers as a reserve or for safety, we leave you a pair at the price of 45,- Euro including shipping.
